Jay Conte  joined the agency in 1978, and is responsible for managing our Commercial  Lines Department. Jay has extensive knowledge of commercial insurance, and  his main focus is underwriting new business commercial lines policies. Jay also serves as the Fire Chief here in Paxton. He and his wife have 2 children and have been lifelong residents in Paxton.

Kristen  "Kris" Henderson joined the family business in 1987. Kris is a graduate of  Wachusett  Regional High School and SMU.  Her responsibilities include, agency  management, marketing, and she has extensive experience in all lines of  insurance. She has been a member of the Devereux Advisory board since 2006. She and her husband have 2 children, and Kris resides in Paxton.

Ken has  been with Conte Insurance since 2001.  He brings over 30 years of insurance  experience to our agency. His work includes customer service, underwriting personal lines accounts, new business, renewals, and assists in managing claims.  He and his family reside in Rutland.

Bernice  joined Conte Insurance in 2000. Her work consists of assisting all Account  Managers, processing mail, handling all cancellation calls, ordering supplies, assembling policies and various other office duties.

Donna has been with Conte Insurance since 1999. She handles all commecial lines  customer service, new business, renewals, and rating for commercial lines. Donna works closely with Jay and goes above and beyond for our customers. Donna and her husband reside in Paxton.

Lynn  joined Conte Insurance in January 2008, and is our newest addition to the  agency.  She has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, working on  both the company and agency level. Her work includes customer service, writing new business, renewals, rating, and processing policies. She and her  family reside in Worcester.

Rana  joined Conte Insurance in 2004. She has been in the insurance industry for over 22 years. Her work includes customer service, underwriting  personal lines accounts, writing and placing new business, handling renewals, and helps with the day to day office operation. She resides in Holden with  her family.
